We decided to welcome the New Year by initiating a gratitude rampage. With our communities, friends and families still considerably affected by the pandemic and political instability, we wanted to take this moment as a path to return to the basics of being grateful for the small gifts life graciously offers.
In this episode, Mpho explains the concept of an energetic rampage and leads us through a meditative gratitude rampage. The meditative journey is enhanced by Reiki, Tingsha Tibetan Bell (Chimes) and a Tibetan Singing Bowl.

Recently, Mpho was invited to speak with a women's studies class about her Poetry, Africa and Podcast (P.A.P) journey. The experience with the class was incredibly reflective and helped her remember why she started this journey.
In this episode, Mpho invited her husband, Michael, to play the role of host and ask her the questions provided by the class. Tune in to learn what inspires Mpho to write poetry and create podcast episodes, why she chose to intentionally focus on mental health, her fascination with Eminem and deciding navigating the line between private life and podcast content.

In this episode, we invited three foodie couples to experience local cuisine from the Windward side of Oahu. We discuss taste, texture and share tales of food while supporting local small businesses.
The Collective Tattoo, Cafe and Gallery provided the beautiful space for the episode and some wonderful teas to enjoy with our meal. Himalayan Kitchen Kailua provided a variety appetizers and entrees for our foodies to enjoy. For dessert Gracie's Cakes and more provided a custom macaron cake and a variety of macarons flavors to complete the meal.
Lastly the Factory Honolulu LLC was on set to handle videography and production.

Kim is the 2019 Southern Fried Haiku Champion and author of several published books. She recently co-authored a book titled,The Ultimate Guide To Self-Healing, Volume 2.
This award winning spoken word poet loves writing and performing. Her poetry is her heart expressed in words: opinionated, blunt, thought provoking and real.
